Our Studios are available to rent for parties, art shows, photo shoots, performance events (no live music,) networking meetings, dinner parties and more.

Our location in the Brewery (The World's Largest Art Colony) features 1600 square feet of interior space, a 1700 square foot patio area, and optional 1500 square feet of attached interior space.   The space is famous for its unique interior, and has been featured in print and on television.

We have plenty of free parking.

We have additional amenities available, including go-go poles and boxes, an extensive sound system, video projection, hot tub, kitchen facilities, unique event furnishings, an aerial hoist, and more.  Full list will be available soon.
