Photostudio Rentals
1000 Square Foot downstairs studio.
500 Square Foot upstairs including changing area, make-up station with natural or artificial illumination, restroom with full bath, and full kitchen.
Fully climate controlled space
Maximum ceiling height to 20'
10'x10' frame for seamless/fabric backdrops
8'x8' detachable rolling wall (can be painted to suit)
800# suspension hoist
Several existing set pieces including industrial, lounge, hot tub, gun turret, metal staircase, and many more. Others sets/props can be built to suit.
Free high speed internet access.
Plenty of safe, free parking in front of studio
This is an ideal space to use as is, or modified to fit your needs.

Rates
Regular Hours 7 days/week 7 AM- 9 PM $30/first hour. $10/additional hour.
After hours 7 days/week 9 PM- 7AM $40/hour
Additional charges for shoots with 5+ crew/models
We accept Cash, Check, on site Master Card, Visa, PayPal, and Amazon Payment. We accept PayPal or Amazon payments for advance payments.
